A client saw some of the work I’d done for another client in England and contacted me about making him a door knocker. I designed this. He came back wanting something more traditional. When I supplied him with 3 different designs that filled that requirement, he decided he liked the first one best. The holes are for mounting screws that are then covered with “buttons” of a darker piece of walnut.
