Ursus Door

When I moved to North Carolina, part of the renovations of the building the landlord and I agreed to was putting in a back door. I needed an oversized door to allow bigger pieces to be brought in and out. We decided on a double door. And since it was a business, and since I hadn’t done a mural in quite a few years, I decided that the time had arrived to advertise I was in the neighborhood. I, of course, chose the image portrayed on my business card, a bear that reacts in frustration by getting caught up in a ribbon of the different services that I offer. I find it amusing that every door at this end of town has been tagged by kids with spray paint cans except this one.
